  1. ACCEPTED!!! (off the waitlist. Time stamp: 4:29EST) GPA: 3.4 MCAT: 32R ECs: lots of long term ones Interview: Obviously aced it with that GPA I'm in shock right now. I honestly cannot believe it! Motivational post to follow:)
  2. Waitlisted (Rural IP) GPA: 3.4x MCAT: 32R ECs: lots of REALLY long term (more than 10 years at most of them), some research, an abstract, etc Interview: felt extremely confident about it. Felt I was able to convey my points/opinions well Hopefully the waitlist moves enough this time for me!
  3. I would fight it for sure. And even though I couldn't b-slap the doc, I DEFINITELY would be in my mind. And if the pharmacist filled the prescription even after I mentioned that I shouldn't be taking medications that lower seizure thresholds, I'd slap him too. Cnussey- Don't take the meds (yet). Go see another doc if you can. Or go back and ask that one what the hell he was thinking and explain VERY firmly why you're so concerned (and maybe he'll at least explain why he thinks taking the medication outweighs the possible deleterious side effects). Why am I absolutely exhausted at 7pm, but by 11pm (or later) I'm completely wide awake? (And how can I fix it?)
  4. All 4: Spring because of the new flowers blooming Summer because of the amazing warm weather and kick ass thunderstorms Autumn because of the cool leaf colours (if you're somewhere where you get an Autumn that is. Instead of Summer>Winter like I'm used to..) Winter because of snow and no bugs How do you procrastinate?
  5. Vivaldi's Four Season's Winter: and (no, it's not accident that both of these have Itzhak Perlman as the primary violinist:)) Favourite composer?
  6. I'll go to bed at midnight or 1. Asleep at 2..... EDIT: Again I post at the same time as abstract:rolleyes:: I love The Big Bang Theory Nutrient you'd guess that you're likely deficient in?
  7. When I have enough of both, yes. I also separate towels from everything else and rags/dishtowels get their own load too. So do sheets. Needless to say because I separate everything so much, I wait until I have A LOT of laundry to do:o EDIT: I'll answer abstract's too: yes, I do iron my clothes (when at home) here, I've found a spray that works AMAZING. So not at the moment. But I do for dress clothes. Are you the bug or the windshield today (or if you prefer, are you the Louisville slugger or the ball)? Bonus internetz points if you get my reference
  8. Booze. Or, if you're like me, it just makes you Cliff Clavin (from Cheers).... In which case.... you're doomed. Best/most interesting piece of information floating around in your head that you can't get rid of?
  9. I'm sure there's a positive reinforcement thing you could do..... Maybe? What laundry detergent do you use?
  10. Picard. Hands down. Favourite caffeinated beverage?
  11. Not usually. I'll drink a cup if I'm having problems focusing when I'm cramming for a midterm.... But if I have more than a cup, I get the shakes and get waaayyyy too antsy to study. It's a fine line. I do have the occasional latte from Second Cup or Starbucks though. If you could only have one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be (appetizer, entree (with side dishes if you wish), dessert, and drink (not counting water))?
  12. Saturday: no school, no worries about going to bed at a decent hour, and you still have another day to do any work. Any interesting plans for today?
  13. Calgary Flames:p Favourite sport to watch?
  14. On a date? Sorry, already have a bf Favourite hockey team? (Say Flames and you're at -1000000000000 in my books.....)
  15. Nope blue ones last. Even though with the "natural colours" Smarties don't taste like they used to Once place you want to travel to in your lifetime and why?
