Reject here post-interview IP GPA: ~87 EDIT: will be attending Dent at Usask

Status: Invite Time Stamp: February 25, 2014 [thats what my e-mail said ] GPA: No idea but likely 87% (4 yr cumulative avg) Location: IP Year: last year

Average ~87% IP... This is my third time applying. First time: pass interview/low grades, Second time: pre-interview rejection, Third time: failed interview In my 5th year, and now I think I am not destined to be in Medicine! [sigh]

So...what are we arguing about again??? [FACEPALM]

Reject!!! IP applicant 83.1% [i am not surprise of rejection, but for a while thought I was going to get in] This is technically my first time applying with interview being offered. This is such a sad day for me though... Congratulation everyone for getting acceptance!

Everyday and at least once a day...............we have Starbucks in library, so I have to get coffee from there:p How do you feel if you are got invitation for med interview, and the cut-off was very close (within 1%) to your actual average? Confident, nervous, or feel like what other say 'there ain't any chance'?

Time here in premed 101 is different, not sure why, but Saskatoon is I believe 3 hours behind Ontario, where I am assuming most of you are from. So it was only 10:00 ish when I wrote the comment, and thus my reason for not sleeping. Are you liking your online courses (if applicable)?

I did not know; thats why I asked. It is a great idea to know what does a specific term [more specifically an abbreviation] mean in certain context in order to understand the tone of the author. not entirely sure; I think I am satisfied with whatever is here! Are you annoyed if someone use abbreviation that you don't understand? EDIT: Oops @ thatonekid, sorry my bad!
