  3. As for LOC, I contacted some reps from Canadian banks in 2013. Co-singer is required for Canadians going to American schools.

  5. BTW, I did not know UBC reports ranking (on transcripts, or perhaps Deans's letter?). Could someone with information elaborate on this?
