  1. So what happened yesterday? I am so confused haha. Did md/PhD and md applicants get invites/Rs? Just a couple of people posted so I wonder if yesterday was the one and only day for the first wave or will they continue emailing us throughout this / next week?
  2. Interview: no Time: 9:26 GPA: below 3.5 (even with a +0.2 for masters) due to low gpa 1st degree context: ~10 years in NWO Non-trad: as non trad as they come. approaching my 3rd decade, 2 degrees, a masters. First time applying for consideration of special circumstances - spent a lot of time writing my personal letter and submitted a documentation from my doctor -- so not having a second chance kinda stings not gonna lie. Background: lots, research, volunteer, big scholarship Good luck to everyone who will be interviewing!! I hope you consider posting your stats (successful or not) it would be nice to have the community here revived -- I know you are reading and watching for updates here H
  3. Time Stamp: 9:29 Accepted/Waitlisted/Regrets: regrets GPA: 3.9 second degree ecs: varied, nothing longer than 3/4 years Context: on the weak side, 7 year in nwo Interview: first time applying- I was shocked to receive an interview in the first place (I am sure it was shocking to many the first time). I thought it went ok, in a couple of stations I was defiantly nervous. And I know a couple I really aced. Overall, it was not strong enough to compensate for the context and ecs perhaps. For future applicants, my advice is to prepare - nothing crazy because I think it's easy to tell when one has a formula for answering questions...I could have prepared better (to learn how to use the 2 minutes wiser, to accumulate more knowledge of the health care system and other topics). Be careful it may be easy to come up with excuses why you haven't prepared, but really you just have to believe in yourself and do it. Not avoid it. This is very dissapointing because this is the first year I could apply (second degree) and it is also the last year that they calculated two separate degrees and took the higher. Now they will calculate all of you grades, and I basically have to some how battle with 4 years of really bad grades. Congratulations and best of luck H.
