  1. Dent student here: I was told it's 350k limit, 375k for residency. Assumed it would be the same for med but idk
  2. Now that it's mid-Oct, any OOPs out there whose mcat is still not verified?
  3. It's because you have to email the workbook to the address listed
  4. woops sorry for creating confusion! You're absolutely right! But I would also add to that if any courses from the terminated program were used as transfer credits for the completed program (@ceelbe i know this doesn't apply to you ), you would need to report those.
  5. I'm applying with a second degree but it's the same for incomplete ones: we're required to list every university course ever taken. I did it so that my more recent courses were at the top. Take a look at the example they gave because it really helped!
  6. does anyone know where the WL got to? Last i checked, an offer was made to #14 on July 28th (QC uni cohort)
  7. thank you so much for the kind words you're in nursing, so you'll def get the professional program boost (Y) on top of your impressive gpa! so last year's rankings was the first time mcgill stopped giving ranks for each file component. so i've only ever gotten overall rank just my luck eh? re: CV/casper - i have no idea! they were good enough for mcgill dent * shrug * one of the people who reviewed my CV for med told me to remove the dentist shadowing (dent was the goal during my first undergrad) because adcoms can be weird like that. I didn't listen. Maybe I should've? Does anyone know if you get a Master's boost only if you're in your last year of the program? Or it still counts if you literally started in Sept and then apply in nov? I'm really hoping it's the former because that would mean I'd get a boost this app cycle that wasn't there last year. and i've definitely been working on my cv * fingers crossed *
  8. Not sure. Here's the thread! I think 2019 was the year of significant OOP movement. Don't really know why.
  9. Not to get anyone's hopes up, but looks like it moved 1 spot further than the infamous, identical (no DAT/MMI) 2018 cycle. The first batch of offers zipped to #8 that year.
  10. Interesting. Based on the people i've met applying this year, all seemed to be aware. In fact, there was one that didn't even know that mcgill normally requires the dat and that it's an exception this year LOL Either way, fingers crossed. May not be as much as that year, but I don't think it'll be as little as the last 2 years.
  11. that year actually resembles this year the most with the no dat requirement !
  12. thanks for this! I was hoping someone would get the waitlist party started! figured the format below will make it easier for future applicants to find the info IP/OOP: IP WL #: 10 Plan on: accepting
