I just received one too. I don't get why they would send these kinds of e-mail expressing their interest in us just to send it to many people. Should that raise a red flag for programs that do send these e-mails?

Hi, I applied to a OBGYN at UofT and I really love the program, the university and the city. However, I can't help but be scared to not get my hands dirty before later in PGY-2. I would love to have some feedback from residents or med students that have rotated at UofT in surgical specialties. I need to start ranking and it's so hard Should that be a big factor to consider? Thank you all!!

You did it this interview cycle? I'm really starting to consider it...Do you guys write to the school asking for feedback and saying you'd appreciate a spot if one opens up? Or you just make it short and sweet and reiterate your interest?
