English Pre-Req

Does anyone know if the English pre-req of 6 CH has to be completed before applying or if it actually is prior to admission as posted on the website? I'll call next week to confirm, I just figured I'd ask you awesome folk beforehand. Have a relaxing easter weekend!

Hey, I have asked about this before and they responded by saying that it just needed to be completed prior to admission. So I did the english credits in my final year while applying, for example.
