Anesthesia Billing Codes

Since people are asking about post-grad salaries, I was wondering what the post-grad salary is like in Anesthesia? Is there overhead (I heard it was about 10-20%?)

 

I'm also curious about how the billing code works for Anes, not only is there the standard consult billing code, there's also a code for Anes and surgical assist under many of the surgical procedure codes. How do you interpret those values?
