Call them. Deadlines are strict in my experience

The deadline is strict with regards to you submitting your application, but I don't believe that to be the case with transcripts and references. I have had references be several days late in the past (and still received an interview). I don't believe my out of province transcripts have ever been late (but they sure as heck will be this year) but I know for a fact my in-province transcripts have arrived after October 1st and it was fine. In previous years, once the payment has been processed, you can see whether references and transcripts have arrived and are on file; I would check back mid-late week and ensure everything has arrived.

In the info session they said that references have a few week or so grace. so I wouldnt worry about it to much. the reason I mentioned it was because although my tracking info says it has been delivered...it didnt show on OMSAS. so i am thinking that if OMSAS have a lot of paper to scan in it might take longer. 

Perhaps if the oop transcripts also need to be scanned, they might not be scanned right away.
