That's a relatively average GPA and CARS for someone who gets accepted to McMaster, according to their latest class profile. 

So if you do okay on CASPer you will get an interview.

 

I had the exact same stats last year and thought I did "okay" and got an interview. It's hard to tell what okay means though.
