Fresh fry
The military ones are their own world. Because the army pays them through residency and employs them after they used to (not sure if it still works this way) create spots for them after they completed their 5 year return of service as family docs. i know a gen surge, ortho, anesthesia, and pathologist who did this. Things are constantly changing with the army so not sure how they do it. The IMGs are all ob-gyns who did family practice first then matched second round to left over spots back when no one wanted gyne.
