First three years I had a full courseload. Took 2 years off for work and had a full courseload in fourth year. Do I still qualify for uoft's wGPA ?

 

as long as each year is above 5.0 credits then I believe yes it still applies.

Forgot to add, in the second year off, I had 1 course as WDN (no academic penalty). I was registered as a student but withdrew from school. First year off I wasnt registered at all so no WDN beside any courses at all. So for 2014-2015 (second year off) it has one course with WDN beside it. Since these arent entered into omsas this doesnt matter right?

 

so how many credits did you take each year (one typical course is 0.5 credits)?

by the numbers that is fine - you hit their rules for using the wGPA.
