freemarketapologist
Hi all, I applied this year with a WGPA above 3.95. However, I am in the 4th year of my bachelors and I do not anticipate getting an average above 3.85 for this year. Does this mean even if I gain an acceptance, I will not be accepted to the program? Thanks in advance. (My seminar courses are taught by professors who for some reason do not believe that an A+ is a reasonable mark. (BA Student))

freemarketapologist
WGPA is definitely over the minimum. Only problem is, on the website it says something about "maintaining current average" in the final year. Does that mean that my 4 year GPA needs to be over the minimum or the 4th year itself needs to be?
freemarketapologist
At the end of your fourth year, if you maintain a wGPA over 3.85 - which you will maintain if you get over 3.7 (considering you have 3.95 up till the end of third year) - you'll be able to keep your acceptance. I wouldn't worry much! I had a friend who did very poorly in their fourth year as well, but because of their higher average in the first three years - they were able to maintain a 3.85 cut off (or whatever it turns out to be this year). THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been worried about this. I really appreciate your answer! I should definitely be able to maintain the 3.7. Have a great day!
