Pathology 3245B

Recommended Posts

Can anyone who has taken path 3245b have any tips for pulling a 90 in this course? Which prof had difficult questions in particular?

Yes. I have heard that 3245b is difficult. I have no choice but to take it since it's a compulsory course for me.

I'm asking this since even path 3240A was hard this year (class avg a lot lower than last year). They don't post their slides, some profs were pretty poor at teaching, and there were quite a few questions from the assigned textbook readings. The course note did not do a good job of covering all the material either.

I would strongly appreciate any input. Thanks in advance.

Hey how did you end in path 3240 and are you still planning on taking path 3245?

No, category B is the arts and humanities.

The safest way out is classics, most people take 2300.

I personally took a language course since I knew another language.

My bad, I thought you meant Med Sci category B (maybe that's called category 2, I don't remember anymore). Anyways, classics is always a safe bet, most people I know did that to get rid of their humanities requirement.

Sorry I don't have the answer to your question but I was wondering if you could answer mine?

Could you recommend any easy second semester category B courses?

Another option is to take some Philosophy classes to fill this requirement. There's a group of second year classes with no prerequisites that are pretty straight forward. Personally I took a class called Einstein for Everyone. Great class which I found quite interesting as well. I took a classics course and absolutely hated it and did poorly because I couldn't care less about the subject matter. So be sure to take a look at Philosophy as well and choose a class that you think will be more interesting rather than what others say are easier. Good luck.
