How Failed Science Courses Impact The Application

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone

I was wondering if a failed chemistry course (I took this course online so had to study it on my own) will hugely impact the application to UBC? I am a non-trad applicant (43 years old) and work two jobs supporting my husband that is also full time student and my three little kids. I have a masters degree in counselling psychology with several years of work experiences. I just saw that I failed the chemistry course and am feeling discouraged. I still have biology and english that I took online and working on them. Any help would be appreciated. My target university is UBC. I can't apply elsewhere due to family obligations.

Hi! I'm pretty confident that they have an adjusted GPA that drops your worst year, as long as you still have 90 credits after the drop!
