I have been getting a lot of messages about interview prep so ill just answer briefly here on how to prepare: get together with a group who are anticipating interviews and get to work. With MMIs you have to be able to speak well, and most importantly have organized and thoughtful answers. Also, tie in personal experience whenever necessary to make yourself shine. Good luck!
