westcoastbestcoast
Hey! In terms of the gen chem required for the DAT, up to what chemistry course covers all the material? The only required gen chem courses are 121, 123, and 205.
mp99
Those courses are literally all you need (and probably more). If you take the American DAT, it has OCHEM so CHEM 233 will also come in handy. For the OCHEM section there will be some reactions and concepts that won't be covered in 233. However, if you have a strong 233 base it is pretty easy to self study them.
JTan
Hey! In terms of the gen chem required for the DAT, up to what chemistry course covers all the material? The only required gen chem courses are 121, 123, and 205. I took chem 111 and 121 and both came in handy for the DAT. For biology biol 121 and 112 covered most of the topics so its a good idea taking those too. Either way youll have to review all those subjects when you write the DAT.
