I would go with July 21. That way, you give yourself more time to do practice tests and brush up on areas you need more practice in. Good luck!

Personally, I went with the one that's a month after my course, simply because the month would give me more time to practice and review the material after the course was over and I was more clear on what my weakness were. But my choice was more forced because my other choice was the day after my course ended, while you still have a week.
