I have not received anything yet and the supplemental application link on the application states that I dont have permission to view the form. Help please! Thanks! HopefulPT95 Posted January 13, 2017 Report Share Posted January 13, 2017 After submitting it you need to go back in and pay. 2-3 days after you pay U of A will send you a CCID and a temporary password for which you use to access your new U of A account and sign into the supplementary application.
