pavelf Posted January 13, 2017 Report Share Posted January 13, 2017 Hello, I am planning to apply to Uottawa, my first degree was not the best and I am considering a second degree in B.Ed from Quebec (4 year program after CEGEP), it is not the 1 year program like in Ontario.
