The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a closet, electric heating, and access to a large storage unit. You will have private access to the apartment from the side of the house.

Your commute will be 10 minutes to downtown hospitals.

There is no parking available, and no laundry facility (though there is a laundromat at the end of the street). You will have access to some of the home’s outdoor space. All utilities are included except cable and internet. I am asking $950 per month.

This is an ideal apartment for a single quiet person. No pets or smokers, please, as my children live upstairs and cannot tolerate either.

Please come prepared with a letter of reference from a previous landlord. I will require first and last month’s rent, and a lease of at least three months. My preference is for a year long lease.
