Autobiography For Nosm

Hi All

I need help in regards to Autobiography for NOSM and the applicants' territories . As you know they are looking for how many years you spent in rural areas in northern territories. Does it mean that they won't consider any applicants from any other province? I spend about 4 years living in bracebridge and working their as I am a professional myself. But I came back to Toronto due to personal reasons. Am I considered an eligible applicant for NOSM?

Also, can someone help me and describe how the autobiography write up should be? how many pages should it be and what should it focuse on? How about the general questions that should be answered for Ontario med schools application ? is there any sources that can help us with the format of the write up?
