Donald_Duck
Yes they do, however they will submit one score as a group. If one scores very differently from the rest, they will have a discussion to arrive to a consensus on the interview score to award the applicant. vikym
I heard that they each score you independently but that they do discuss you as a group.
Donald_Duck
What I am uncertain about is if one scores differently than the rest, and they don't want to budge, if they are able to give an atypical interview score which is just the average of the 3 rather than the typical bins they put candidates in. I can imagine it only happens rarely though. Mr Duck
