Ok first of all, I completely understand how I sound right now... 

 

But, does anybody know where we can find a list of books for classes for Med1?  I will probably go stir crazy this summer and want to do some pre-reading.

Most textbooks that are used are PDFs and are only for supplemental info or if you don't understand what's covered. the syllabus for each block would list a suggested text, but lecturers are usually good for citing which texts to refer to for each lecture
