JarBlues
Just wondering -- manitoba does CDA and i'm not really comfortable with that interview style. For those who know, how many of each type of question is there in a typical interview? Etc a pretty even split, or something like 2 behavioral/5 situational? longteethgriffy
From the UofT Dental Interview where they solely used the CDA style, there were around 5 questions in total. I'd say its really helpful to be familiar with the CDA style and have ways to answer them effectively, while touching all the bases, and still being honest. BScDMD
From what I remember they have a booklet with a bunch, I don't remember thinking they purposely tried to even then out. I think they flipped to a random page and picked a question. That was 3 years ago though.
Askmeanything
Cda is 7 questions in total. From my personal experience with UofT (interviewed them twice), I had more situational questions. However, like it was mentioned previously, interviewers have a booklet and they flip through it and choose a question to ask.
