Advice For Finding A Place To Live In Calgary

Recommended Posts

What's the word on those Boardwalk apartments in University Heights? Any good?

Lived in patrician village for 3 years. Apartment was okay once I fixed it up a bit but management is just sooooo far beyond incompetent, terrible and dishonest. Avoid boardwalk if you can! If you can't, it will be okay, you just have to be prepared to advocate very strongly for yourself.

If there are students with families and/or a groups of students that are looking for a house to rent, I have a property available literally directly across the street from the medical campus and foothills medical centre in St. Andrews Heights.  Four bedrooms, three full baths, double attached garage, and a very nice back yard.  My Rentfaster advert pictures do not show furniture, but I can certainly arrange for furniture for those who need it.
