BiscuitBoy
What kind of parking options does UofA have to offer and do you think it would be worthwhile to pay for parking? As in, are there a lot of opportunities to shadow/do work on the weekends where public transit would become more of a hassle? Thanks,
GH0ST
What kind of parking options does UofA have to offer and do you think it would be worthwhile to pay for parking? There's a parking service in Lister Centre where you can get information on all parking areas on campus There are other parking areas not owned by the university like Target parking behind Newton place that offers a reasonable deal (but the place looks dilapidated) You could also see if people are willing to sell their parking stalls As in, are there a lot of opportunities to shadow/do work on the weekends where public transit would become more of a hassle? Yes Thanks, You're welcome - G
adhominem
Yeah the parkade behind Newton Place is 90 bucks a month. It works out to about 3 bucks a day. By far the cheapest parking around the hospital that I know of
Bcemslayer
Living along a train line is great if possible Most shadowing is either at U of A or the RAH, and they're very accessible - even on weekends
