Mam Questions

Hi Guys,

 

Does anyone know if we need a car to get around in MAM, or is transportation to and from hospitals ubiquitous? Also, is there any off-campus area MAM students prefer to live in? Searching for options besides on-campus housing.

Transportation to and from hospitals is available from the MAM campsu (and free) on required days during pre-clerkship. Once clerskhip rolls around it is your responsibility to get there (since everybody is on their own schedule).

 

Off-campus area is totally up to you. Most popular is probably square one area, though Erin Mills (near CVH) is pretty popular as well and some people also enjoy living in port credit. You can expect to pay a bit more near square one, though most places will run you between 1500-1600 for a one bedroom apartment.
