Looking for reliable child care near Niagara Regional Campus-McMaster

Hello. I'm starting at Mac Med in St Catharine's this fall. Am a single parent and am working on pulling together child care options. Am focusing first on the first 3 months as there will be a commute to Hamilton campus that will require extended child care 2-3 times per week. Wondering if there are any med parents at NRC (or elsewhere) that can recommend a live-out nanny. I'm looking at a variety of child care options and want to have a child care provider I can rely on in the AM and PM for the extended days i'll have to spend in Hamilton for MF1. Any leads would be much appreciated.
