I'm from BC but am going to school out of province- however, my health card just expired and I can't get a new one until the end of the year. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with this situation? UBC admissions told me to request a letter from MSP proving my status, but I'm not 100% certain what this requires on my end and don't want to accidentally be counted as OOP. Thank you!!
