Courses

I am planning my courses for second year and I was wondering if I needed to take sociology for med school because i have already taken two psychology courses which is required by my program. I am trying to take courses that make me eligible  for a variety of med schools. When I was doing my research I discovered i needed English, biochem and the regular science courses. Is there any other course I need to be taking?

I just really need direction in the sense of what courses I need to take and what i shouldn't wait my time taking.
