  5. Pic has to be 2.5 x 3.5" ? Seems really small. How did everyone go about doing this? Print off pic that meets the right size criteria, scan, and save as .jpg? Anyone know how strict CaRMS is on the size limit?
  6. Hey Guys, Quick question for you - what are people submitting for their uploaded picture to CaRMS? Class composite? Pic doing an activity?
  7. Hey Guys... Does anyone out there know how to get ahold of recent Kaplan USMLE lecture videos? I talked to someone at Kaplan and it sounds like they only offer the access anywhere videos, but at a stupid cost of $3000, and you only access them for ~9 months or less. I'm looking for something permanent that I can put on my harddrive. I have old videos that go back to 2001, so obviously these are outdated. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks! Mike

  9. I have a 4th generation 32gb ipod touch for sale that has never been used, and is brand new, w/ medical apps including Lexi-Comp. I was given this device for school and already have an iphone w/ apps so this is of no use for me. Excellent device for clerkship. Message me and give me an offer if interested.
  10. Hey Guys, Does anyone have any recommendations for internal medicine electives in Ontario? Canada? (preferably in places that are not saturated with clerks). Thanks
  11. Thanks for getting back to me about all this. Yes, labour and delivery is what I'm looking at. Do you think L&D will be saturated with clerks as well?
  12. Hey Guys - I'm interested in pursuing a 2 week OBS elective in Toronto this spring - are there any preceptors that would be recommended?
  13. Hey Guys - I'm planning on doing an internal medicine, 2 week elective at UofT this spring as I complete my 2nd year at NOSM, and was wondering if anyone would recommend a preceptor that works well with students (esp. 2nd year students?) Thanks Guys
  14. Can students at other med schools access these online lectures?
