  1. If you score anything less than an 18 on the RC section you will not meet the cut off and that basically means automatic rejection. My understanding is that since last year enough applicants with an RC score of 19 and higher applied they did not feel the need to grant interviews to anyone with a score of 18. Aim for a 20 and higher and you should be fine, I know it sounds easier said than done but with a little bit of practice and luck it is possible!
  2. I personally don't think your DAT score was the issue. Do you happen to know whether those with a lower GPA who received an interview from UofT were masters students or not?
  3. It's a decision that you have to make, but make sure before making your final decision you know the admission requirements for each university fully. For example, UofT only looks at your second degree if you are graduated from your first degree. Contact individual universities via email, and ask your specific questions. Good luck!
  4. In my opinion, you have more than enough time to study for the DAT. Try to spend more time on practice questions than on contents, DAT destroyer is a useful source of practice questions. Best of luck!
  5. Western is number 3 on the list and your school is number 7. Here's how you can do the conversion, convert all your A+s to 95%, As to 87.5%, and so on. For each alphabetical grade find the equivalent range under column 3, the percentage grade is the average of of the min and max of that range. For example, the A+ under column 7 is equivalent to a range from 90-100, so your A+ will be converted to 95%. I might be wrong but this is how I calculated mine. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
  6. Hello, I don't know much about UofT's admission process, but UWO looks at your two best years considering you have completed four or more courses in each semester. Please let me know if you have any specific questions.

  8. A friend of mine is going to decline his Western offer very soon
  9. I asked one of my friends and he said it will be on your acceptance letter! Apparently soon there will be a soft copy on the Student Centre and a hard copy mailed to you.

  11. Accepted off the waitlist yesterday. Best 2-year GPA (with full courseload or not?) 91% (1 full course load year and 1 year with 8 courses) DAT score (RC + AA): 22/22 Interview Thoughts: In my opinion, it went relatively well. Year (UG, Masters, PhD): Completed undergrad in 2014 Geography (IP/OOP): IP If I can be of any help or if you have any specific questions feel free to send me a message.
  12. Somebody initially said that Chantal will be out of the office for a meeting today, but it seems she was there at 9 in the morning. It is too quite in here...
