  1. whens the deadline for submitting references? oct 1 or dec1?
  2. Does AP physics 1 and 2 count for fullfilling prerequisites or does it have to be uni level
  3. Hi I am in a co-op program. I have taken a full course load (5 courses) during all my academic years of undergrad. During my co-op terms I only worked at company and did not take any courses. My question is if I take one or two courses during my co-op term, would that disqualify me for weighting? UofT replied that "Taking two courses should qualify you as a part-time student, which means they do not affect your ability to have weighting applied." What does this mean? Does this mean I do not have weighting applied or do have weighting applied?
  4. So they do not have to do residency when they are back to Canada? Whats the point of going to a school in Canada then

  6. so basicalluy for mcmaster one can take 1st year courses and get a 4.0 or 4th year courses and get a 4.0, they dont care about the level of the course seems a bit strange to me. This is also true for uottawa
  7. Yes i read the UofT requirements it said that three courses must be 4th year or higher but nothing was mentioned for uOttawa or McMaster. Please help!
  8. Do people always need to pick courses at 4th year level or higher for the grades to count in 4th year? Can people take third year courses or first year courses? How do schools look at your GPA then? I mean like uOttawa, McMaster, UofT, Western etc!
  9. It is hard many factors can influence it...the key is to stay focused and not lose motivation....and accept factors beyond your control (example poor group members in a group project, overtly difficult courses with bad professors etc). Many things can be beyond your control, just do the best with what you have and relax.
  10. How can you just come back to Canada? I thought you have to write exams and stuff again (IMG) ? Pardon my little knowledge on this subject matter.
  11. maybe you had group work where the inefficiency of other people affected your grade or maybe you had a tough course where the class average is in the 50s
