  1. BU: $44,786 USD or $57,800 CND/yr (http://www.bumc.bu.edu/admissions/applicationprocess/financialaid/) AECOM: $59,480 USD or $76,794 CND/yr (http://www.aecom.yu.edu/admissions/page.aspx?id=3092) Virginia Commonwealth: $38,892 or $50,213 (http://www.medschool.vcu.edu/admissions/md/faq.html#fees) Well argg, I hope you're rich or you like being broke for a long time. Oh but right, they fly you around to conferences. That definitely makes them way better than a Canadian education.
  2. Been following this thread with some amusement. argg: quit being a giant tool and a giant d-bag. Sometimes, I don't know whether to laugh or pity you. All you've done is whine, and when you're not whining, you're writing idiotic and frankly insulting generalizations about people you don't even know. It's even more classy when you come across as the crying baby who'd like nothing more than to attend UofT, but then starting b1tching it out. You also clearly have a chip on your shoulder: some of the med students here have done a lot more to help lots of people than you ever have. At the end of the day, put a sock in it.
  3. I know there's going to be a bunch of people posting their massive stats, but to tell you the truth, it doesn't mean you are a shoo in for an interview at all. Actually, it doesn't even mean that much, especially the high MCATs.
  4. because they're not sending out invitations based on what your status is
  5. What a joke. They're allowing a bunch of wacky pseudo-science nonsense quacks basically do what a physician does. And the guillable public doesn't know any better. Anyone want to start a countdown how long it'll take for the sh!t to hit the fan?
  6. You can be sure every category has heard back by now.
  7. by the numbers, UofT is mad easy to get in with their anything is ok admissions policy
  8. why is the UofT forum so dead? Are most of the students too busy studying or is UofT just not a very popular school?
  9. Judging by your post history, you seem awfully sad and bitter that UofT didn't accept you. C'est la vie.
  10. good for you tool you'll get what you're deserving sooner or later. To the OP: stupid move on your part. Only thing you can try to do is damage control. I'd fess up and maybe the professor will see some redeeming value in your actions.
  11. Bahaha. No offense to the younger ones...but I think it's good schools are moving towards only accepting 3rd and usually 4th year students.
  12. Quoted for truth. This thread has made this week at work very entertaining
