  1. Hi everyone, I plan to apply in dentistry programs in Ireland, and I have a general question : if I apply and be accepted for Fall 2019 semester, and I reject my admission for X reason....will it have a negative impact on a future application if I re-apply next year (for Fall 2020) ? When I ask the office, they just say "no" but I am really not sure... My situation is a bit complicated, that's why I'm asking.... Thank you !
  2. Yes, I did it already, they also say "no",but is it a reliable answer ? At the end of the day, it's the school itself that review admissions...
  3. Please can I have an answer ? It's been so many time I wonder. Thanks!

  5. Hi, I want to apply to dentistry through Atlantic bridge, and I have 2 question about it: 1) Is it possible to apply for Fall 2019, and, if accepted, postpone my admission to Fall 2020 ? 2) When you apply, do they ask for your transcript during the year you apply ? For example, if I apply for Fall 2019, will they ask for my transcript during Fall2018/winter 2019 ? Thank you a lot !
  6. Thanks! Can you please find me where in the website they say it (for the french stream) ? It's been 4 hours I look for it and don't find it. And, 1994, me too it surprises me because in the time I was applying (like 1-2 years ago), they didn't have this policy, so it may have changed recently...
  7. Thanks for the answers. Do they also apply the following statement for the french stream ? "Furthermore, in selecting students, the Admissions Committee reserves the right to assess, in the applicant's program, the level of difficulty of completed courses and their relevance to future medical studies at the University of Ottawa; the Committee also considers the candidate’s results in these courses."
  8. Thanks for the answer. 2) no, I meant to they look at the nature of your bachelor (for example: they will prefer you if you did biochemestry over mathematics) ? Again, I know they adocially don't care, but maybe they still select lile this.
  9. Hi, I have 2 questions: 1) I applied for this year. When will we get the answer for invitation/rejection for an interview ? Last year it was around january 30. 2) Do they look at your bachelor to decide weither they accept you or not ? I know they officialy don't look at it, but still, I think when you look at the number of persons from each program, it seems to be every year the same. I speak english and french actually so answer in the language you want. Thank you
  12. Hi, When you contact your verifiers and you send them emails to let them know that you put their names, do you make sure that ALL of them has opened the email and give you the confirmation that you can put their name (if it has already been confirmed last year, with th same person) ? I know this question sounds stupid, but I have 38 entries and it's a lot of work.... Thanks!
  13. Thank you. However, I though that the CANMeds were only for work experiences/volunteering/researches, no? You can also add them to Extracurricular Activities ? So for example, what can I say for tennis, lol ? Thanks again!
