  1. Is it true that if you change degrees then UoS med school sees that as starting over for an in-province applicant? Would UAA be calculated with only the courses relevant to the new degree or would all classes be considered?
  2. I am about start my second year at university. I completely screwed up my first year. My GPA is in the trash (around 60%). At the end of the first semester I went for a routine check up and the doctor found something in my breast. I was then in and out of hospitals for ultra sounds and biopsies. I took 4 classes in the first semester and only passed 2. The second semester was even worse, I was in complete depression and did not pass any of my classes. However, I took 2 classes in the summer/spring semester and passed both with high 80s. I don't know what to do about my messed up GPA and most importantly transcript. I don't know if there is anything I can do, to fix the huge mistake I made. Anyone with any suggestions or advice would be MORE than appreciated.
