  1. I heard from someone that we have to decline all other offers within a certain time frame. Will this get us in trouble?
  2. Like the title says, I've noticed one of the conditions of acceptance is that I have turned down offers from other schools. Can I accept UBC now, but then turn down my other schools next week? I ask only because I am super paranoid of making sure I don't turn down my other options before I make sure things with UBC are 100% clear to go. Is there any way UBC can see if I still haven't responded to my other offers of admission?
  3. Hi Everyone, I have been in the fortunate position of receiving acceptances to both UBC and the University of Alberta. I am very torn between the two schools, and could definitely envision myself attending either one. I was wondering if any medical students on this forum could please give me their insight/thoughts on the pros/cons for these schools. Any and all advice would be much appreciated!
  4. Result: Accepted Geography: OOP GPA: 4.00 MCAT: 514 (129 CARS) Degree: 4th Year BSc. E.C: Broad, with a heavy emphasis on research. Several publications (first-authors). Interview: Felt pretty shaky about 2 of the stations, but felt really great about the panel portion.
  5. Sorry, I'm still a little confused. Do we know if we are receiving our results next week, or simply that the decisions for the results have been made? Be still my beating heart...
