  2. It may be too late, but contact Camp Quality - they do summer activity camps for children diagnosed with cancer in different provinces. Each camp is only a week, but was a fantastic experience. (The Alberta camp is held at Sylvan Lake.) https://campquality.org/ The Alberta Parks also uses summer volunteers for field research, and there are field research positions with UofA as well as Athabasca University, but again, you may be too late. The application deadlines are much earlier, I think.
  3. True that Calgary is not as highly rated, but it is a three-year course, so you save a year, if that matters to you. And yes, living so close to the Rockies is an awesome experience.

  6. Strange that the recent 2016-17 stats have not been released yet ...
  7. I've tried, N/A. not applicable, NA, each time it says "hours must be numeric". How did you guys get beyond this point?
  8. U of C do take some time to verify these (manually I guess), so don't panic too quickly. I went through the same angst last year.
  9. It is not clear in the manual, but ALL the other tabs have to be green before the system allows you to pay. You can't pay while you are still completing other sections.
  10. Borborygmi, Silly question perhaps, but do most guys wear suits on MMI-day? (and I thoroughly enjoyed the Google explanation of your name, btw! Very sharp.)
  11. Good news guys! It is not a problem! Dr Walker replied as follows on the U of C blog to a student with the same problem! See 15 October's comments. http://mdadmissions.ucalgaryblogs.ca/2016/09/09/reference-stats-for-last-cycle-finally/#comments
