  1. Result: I cannot even believe this is something i get to say in my life but ACCEPTED (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Stream: French (CNFS) Time-stamp: May 14th (saw it on OMSAS at 0:01 exactly) wGPA: 3.78!!!!!!! CASPer: I practiced lots, i type incredibly fast and i think it went really really well Interview: We all connected really well, we laughed together, and I answered all the questions well except for 1. Year: Graduated UG Geography: OOP This is an absolute miracle and dream come true. This is what I was brought to life to do, it's been my dream since I could think. This is to give hope to all of those who dont have an amazing GPA. Don't ever give up, it would be a shame not to see you succeeding and getting in if this is your dream. And if you are OOP and speak french, value your skills and apply under the french stream! I can't wait to be BFFLs with all 163 of you <3
  2. does anyone know when acceptance and rejection letters come out for Ontario schools? I've heard of different dates in May from people at the school where I interviewed so maybe you U of T interviewees could illuminate me on this
  3. Result: regrets Time Stamp: 9:20 am wGPA: 3.82 Year: 4th UG MCAT: 507 - 127 in cars ECs: Research, publications, conferences, long-time volunteer commitment, lifeguard, tutor, student clubs in uni Geography: OOP pretty expected but still hurts. I guess every time I apply somewhere like Queens (or anywhere, really) i'll be their "we accept diversity and dont only look at gpa/mcat" case but its all good my friends, we'll just keep trying
  4. sorry i made a thread as i didn't see this one before Time Stamp: 10:06amResult: RegretsGPA: 3.87MCAT: 507Current Degree: 4th yr UGGeography (IP/OOP): IPExtracurricular Activities (awards, achievements, volunteering, employment, research, etc.): thought it was goodCASPer: felt good
  5. like LloydRedStan said, it will be primarily in the language that you picked. However i dont believe there necessarily WILL have questions in the other language. I had 0 questions in English, while my friend had 1. Thing is, not all books get translated to French, and if you make it through the French stream, you'll most likely end up having to do rotations in English as well, so i think they need to know you have a good baseline level of that language.
  6. So happy to be back here! 2nd time applying, 2nd interview. Got stuck on the waitlist last year -.- Invite, beyond grateful!!!!! Location: OOP Stream: French (CNFS) wGPA: 3.775 (as opposed to 3.7 last year... I know lol) Current year: 4th Year undergrad ECs: Diverse, meaningful (im a little biased! but i think good, objectively), good research. Casper: Felt okay, had plenty of practice from previous years and for having applied to other schools/countries.
  7. For interviews, I believe not. For acceptance, they do, and it's painful.
  8. Time Stamp: 12:16 MDT Invite/Reject: Reject GPA: 3.775 CARS: 127 Casper: I thought it went okay Geography: OOP
