  1. 23 Family Medicine positions went unfilled in Quebec, after 2nd iteration in the 2019 match. You can find the sites on this pdf document. https://www.carms.ca/pdfs/3asv86WkbpG_R1_2_OverviewByDiscipline_EN.pdf
  2. Jobs are not lost; rather, roles are redefined; humans are displaced to tasks needing a human element. Radiologists and pathologists need not fear artificial intelligence but rather must adapt incrementally to artificial intelligence. JAMA. 2016 Dec 13;316(22):2353-2354 The question of human versus computer has now been refined as, human versus human with the computer. 3. I did not get an invite. But I received an email saying I wasn't selected for the interview. I hope things work out for you. All the best!
  4. Nothing as yet. No word on the other forum too (RxPG).
  5. Other than McMaster and UofAlberta, I havent seen any information posted about other pathology programs, both on this forum and RxPG.
  6. Or maybe most pathology programs are yet to send IMG invites. All the best!
  7. This is my first time, so I am not too sure. However, according to a post on the same forum, UofT and Queen's sent out IMG AP invites on Jan 8th, 2018 for the 2018 R-1 match. There aren't many posts/updates from AP/GP applicants this year. Maybe IMGs who have received interview invites this match are not on forums (although I hope not). It would be good if programs sent out emails regarding interviews to all applicants, but they are only sent out to successful applicants.
  8. In another forum (rxpgonline), people have confirmed that McMaster sent out IMG AP interviews (Dec 10th). There is no information regarding other AP/GP IMG invites.
  9. Any IMGs with any anatomical or general pathology interviews? Thank you!
