  1. @HongHongHong Have you learned anything more about this? I'm currently working full-time as a Research Assistant, and thinking about continuing to work a few hours a week during first year. I hadn't considered the tuition waiver before, but after reading your post I'm thinking maybe I should look into it?
  2. Hi guys I've been accepted to VFMP and am trying to decide where to live for the first year. Would West Point Grey be a good location? Or do most first years live on campus? Thanks:)
  3. Haha oh gosh, checking emails tomorrow just got so much scarier! Thanks:)
  4. Does the email typically contain the decision or is it just a notification to check the portal?
  5. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with taking a year off of classes to work? I would like to do an 8 month co-op (and don't take classes in the summers) and am just wondering how 4 semesters without courses would look to an admissions committee? Technically I'm still registered as a full-time student when on co-op, but don't want to raise any red flags. I want to do the co-op as it's a great medically-related research position that I really enjoy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
