Hey guys, I'm thinking of applying to UOttawa med this year- I just wanted to know; what is the cut-off for the wGPA for anglophone applicants? On their site it says you can email and ask, but the lady won't be back till october 1st (how convenient). Did anyone manage to email this year? I don't wanna assume it's the same as previous years. Thanks!
Hi! The new calculation of the R-Score have put big doubts on the shoulders of cegepians who were always used to the ''34+ you're invited''. That's why I want to have a gross idea of the new cut-off with this thread and see how it has increased (if it has) and if a 34 is still competitive. R-Score : EC's : Invited/Not invited : Thank you!! And good luck on your MMIs^^
Merci beaucoup
Can anyone clarify this for me? - On U of T's website, they state that the mean GPA of accepted students during last year's cycle was 3.86 (which implies at least some of the class had GPA's of 3.86 or lower) - But based on what I'm reading on various forums here, it seems like people feel that even with a 3.90+ you aren't necessarily going to get an interview at U of T? Thoughts? I'm a little unsure now as to whether I have a chance (based on what people are saying in various forum topics) Thanks everyone!
