Advice for Applicants Interested in Plastics

Recommended Posts

To recent med school graduates, residents, and practicing surgeons who have successfully matched into Plastics:

What (year-specific) advice would you pass along to medical students who are passionate about plastic surgery and want to put their best foot forward with respect to CaRMS?

Is there anything that you wish someone had told you when you were still a medical student?

Is plastics related research an absolute must in this precarious CaRMS climate?

Any constructive feedback is welcome.
