Just make sure you email em I think to let them know what your progress is and what's holding it up. I think there's something on there explicitly about it being ok for Hep B vaccinations to be in progress (b/c you need 3) so as long as it's done before school that's probably ok. Completely agree with above. I also have some immunizations in progress and I called the office and they said it’s okay! Let them know your upcoming immunization schedule and send in your form with as much info as you can complete and it’ll be fine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Distancea Posted July 10, 2018 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2018 Update for the future med students: You only have to submit the form by the deadline. If there are some things not completed they will let you know via email and you have until the start of classes to complete anything missing.
