ellemccormick
I've always hated chemistry because it has always been such a challenge for me in high school and during undergrad. At the time it literally made 0 sense and to me it was just impossible algebra world problems with drawings that all looked the same lol. It was not until last semester that I realized I actually really love it when my professor and tutor I had made everything click and I finally started making connections. I'm nearly finished my undergrad and I really regret not doing a double major in chem. I heard there is not a whole lot of chemistry in dental school but I was wondering if anybody knows any existing fields that I could specialize in that is chemistry based? Dentistry is still my passion but as of recently so is chemistry but I could not find any specialties that combines the two
Ostracized
Do a PhD in dental biomaterials and become a professor. It’s not a clinical pathway but it’s an option.
