Placing 1 activity as leadership and Capacity to Work with Others?

Is it ok to put 1 activity in both sections, since I think that this EC exemplifies both traits?

As per the instructions and Help Guide, I don't think that is what they are looking for. It sounds like it would be best to select only one category. 

" List each experience only once. If an experience falls into more than one category, then choose the one you think is the most suitable."
