Deadline for 3 Referees

Hi, does anyone know if the deadline for these 3 references is Dec 1 (as per on Schulich's website) or Oct 1 (as per OMSAS)? 

 

Also, can any of these 3 references also double up as a reference as part of the "8 activities" we list on the ASB?

literally just saw that today on their site and popped into the admissions office --> they're asking that the references be submitted by the Oct 1st deadline but if a referee is late you have until Dec

We need separate references for the 8 activities ??
