What kind of activities to put in the "Rural Activities" Section?

I was born and raised in a rural community so am filling this section out. However, I have been attending university in a larger city. Should I only put activities which I did while living in the rural community in this section?

I'm in the same situation as you! I'm just putting anything that I did in a rural community or anything that relates to being in a rural community
