Does it have a negative impact on my future application?

Hi everyone,

I plan to apply in dentistry programs in Ireland, and I have a general question : if I apply and be accepted for Fall 2019 semester, and I reject my admission for X reason....will it have a negative impact on a future application if I re-apply next year (for Fall 2020) ? When I ask the office, they just say "no" but I am really not sure...

My situation is a bit complicated, that's why I'm asking....
